However, the number of active profiles you can keep with the same phone number is restricted to two. Also, we may mark one of the profiles as duplicate if the number is same. If we do so, we keep notifying you about it on home page and also send an Email informing you about it. In such a case, you may need to contact support and provide justification that the two profiles are different to be able to keep both the profiles live. Please note that if a profile is marked duplicate, it will no longer appear in search results until it is marked non-duplicate after your follow up with the support team. |

Gender & Religion cannot be edited on a profile even once. This is so because your existing interactions and matches sent to you and your partner preference will be completely irrelevant. Hence, we request you to delete the current account and create a new one with the correct details.
However, you can edit Date of Birth and Marital Status, but only once. Editing of these details has been restricted to ensure such critical details are not frequently changed by people for misusing the website.
Please note that if there is a signicant change in your age or if your marital status changes from 'Married Earlier' category to 'Never Married' or vice-versa, we will remove all your existing interactions (accepts, initiates etc.). In all other cases, your existing Interests (both incoming and outgoing) and acceptances will be notified about the change in your details.
Moreover, in case you wish to change your Marital Status to 'Divorced' you will need to upload the divorce decree document. This is requiired for the safety of Shaadiutsav members. |

You may have found your match and may wish to delete your profile. Deleting your profile is very simple! Just follow these steps: Mobile Site / Android App / iOS App 1. Click on the 'three lines' to open the Menu. Scroll down and click on 'Settings'. 2. On the Settings Page, click on 'Delete Profile'. You will be prompted to select reason for deletion. 3. After specifying reason for deletion, you will be asked to enter your password. This is necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion of your profile. In case you have forgetten your password, you may also delete your profile using a one time password (OTP) which will be sent on your Registered Mobile Number. 4. If you have found your match on Shaadiutsav, you will receive an option to update your Success Story. 5. You will be shown a confirmation screen to reconfirm that you wish to delete your profile. Please note that all information on your profile will henceforth be deleted and cannot be retrieved. Moreover, your active paid memberships cannot be reactivated later. Desktop Site 1. Kindly be active on the profile before the Match Hour. Send interest to profiles of your criteria and respond to the interest received on your profile. |

Free passes allow Free members to avail full benefits (initiating chat messages, voice and video calls) similar to Paid members during Match Hour events. Without the free pass, the free user can still login to the event and find matches in your community but would not have full benefits for free. A Free user can avail their free pass if they are one of the first few users to join the event. Every free user will however be able to avail only one free pass. After that, the free users need to buy a membership plan to avail full Match Hour benefits. |

Match Hour is a FREE ONLINE event available for a particular community/region available on Mobile Apps (Android/IOS) & Desktop. All members can join the event. There are no hidden charges to join the event. However, only paid members and free members who avail the free pass will be able to enjoy full benefits (initiating chat, voice and video calls). Other free members can indeed join the event and find thousands of matches online but will need to purchase a membership plan to avail full Match Hour benefits. |
